Rhonda Ries, President of Osborn Barr Paramore, made the decision to never return her teams to the office. She now has a distributed workforce across 19 states. First, this has allowed her to access a new level of sophisticated talent, previously not available to her in St. Louis – resulting in a completely improved operation. Second, her teams appreciate a much more flexible work model, which has improved retention. And third, there’s been a positive impact on margins.
Not without its challenges, Rhonda will outline the set of principles and strategies by which she has restructured and now runs the agency.
